I have both Cake and Bake! Both books are fantastic! So many of the flavors that are brought together are like none I have baked before or even seen before! I love making cupcakes with fillings and buttercream using the cake recipes. Great books!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my Cake by Courtney cookbook and this one just adds many more recipes to try. The first recipe I tried was the Cremesicle Cake! Although I made it as a sheet cake (she lets you know any of her layered cakes can be made as sheet cakes). So yummy!!
