"CAKE, by Courtney" Cookbook

I totally love this book! There are cakes in there I haven’t thought of making before, but I will now. It’s beautifully illustrated and the recipes are written with easy to follow instructions. I’m so glad you made this book.

This book is beautiful. The photographs make it for me. I love seeing how the cakes are intended to look. The recipes are easy to follow and the instructions are very detailed. I got this book when I signed up for cake camp because I like to have a book in front of me, not a digital recipe.

As someone who has absolutely no baking experience, I have thoroughly enjoyed trying recipes from this book. So many things to try! And all delicious.

The recipes are easy to understand, photos are inspirational, teaching tips and techniques and ingredients lists are much appreciated!

I have both of Courtney's books and they are both amazing. My children & grandchildren used to ask for certain recipes and now they just say "surprise me" because they know that whatever I make out of these books will be wonderful. The ingredients can add up cost wise and they are surely not low-calorie, however they are so good for special occasions or when you want to impress someone. The beginning of both books share so much knowledge on how to do things, what ingredients to us and why, etc. These books are for all baking levels. Thank you, Courtney for sharing your knowledge and recipes with us.
