"BAKE, by Courtney" Cookbook

Cake by Courtney first caught my attention on Instagram with her light friendly posts that reflected her passion for Baking especially around cakes. I loved her story of rising as a home baker due to her love of baking. I have enjoyed learning from her and developing my skills to provide delicious beautiful cakes to my family events. My granddaughter has the love for baking so I bought her the Cake cookbook and enrolled in online classes that we now attend together. When I saw the Bake cookbook I decided to purchase as I knew just like the Bake cookbook we would find amazing recipes detailed in instruction to assist us in lifting our baking skills. The book is beautifully done with vivid pictures of amazing cakes and desserts to bake. I look forward to working with her recipes and techniques.

I usually go to online for a lot of my recipes now....but I have family favorites I still keep in a binder (old school, I guess a lot of them are handwritten...so don't want to lose that for future generations). Anyway, I really like the "detailed instructions" just the little tidbits of advice. This Cookbook is a keeper for sure! I have been a baker now since the 3rd grade when my Mother let me make a Chocolate Pie from scratch...fell in love with baking.
After 67 years of cooking it's still fun to keep learning. So it's important for all of us to share with each other (some of the old ways and the new ways.) So let's all keep baking with LOVE!

So I was on a trip when the book came and having the other book by Courtney, my grandkids knew this was going to be GREAT! They opened it and each child marked with a colored post it what they want me to make. Needless to say, WE ALL ARE EXCITED and can’t wait to get into the kitchen!

I can’t wait to make some desserts!

This is a great cook book - from cookies to cupcakes, cobblers to smalls, bundts and sheets.

I can't wait to dive into Bake and impress my family.
