GIFT CARD

I've been following Courtney for years and have always loved her recipes, so I was excited to support her shop. I purchased gift cards during the “Buy $20 GC, Receive $30” promotion, but they took a very long time to arrive, which led me to reach out to customer service.

Unfortunately, I never received a response — not once, but twice. If there were delays or issues with the promotion, I completely understand, but it would have been nice to receive a quick email letting customers know what was going on. Even more importantly, I expected at least a response to my emails.

This experience has honestly made me hesitant to purchase anything else from Courtney's shop. I really enjoy her recipes and have followed her for years, so it's disappointing that the customer service experience left me feeling this way.

Trying to purchase the $30 gift card for $20 but I see no option for the $30 amount.
